  Went in to ask why my reception was slowly getting worse over time. They told me my Simm card need to be updated. Ok....they installed another Simm card. Since the new Simm card was installed my contacts quit working. Went back to ask why and possibly fix it. I was told it had nothing to do with the new Simm card. Funny thing is that if the card is removed contacts works fine. Of course they told me it's pretty much my fault. Because they said that I have a third party contacts app. Which I DON'T! They were about to install another contacts app from the play store. I just politely picked up my phone and left!! I just deal with it until I change carriers AT&T!!
